Masked Gunmen Invade Naperville Woman's Home, Steal Items: Police
Police said Monday that they do not believe the home invasion was random.

NAPERVILLE, IL -- Police are looking for two masked gunmen who invaded a home Naperville home, held a woman at gunpoint, and stole money and electronics Saturday evening. The home invasion took place in the 2600 block of High Meadow Road, according to news release from Naperville Police spokesperson Mike Son.
The victim told police that two males came into her home just before 7:45 p.m. and held her at gunpoint. They then took "various items" before fleeing the house on foot.
They were last seen heading running from the home, possibly westbound in the direction of Route 59.

Officers from the Plainfield Police Department and the Will County Sheriff's Office assisted with the investigation, which involved K-9 officers also searching the area. The suspects were not located, Son said.
Police say they do not believe the incident was random, according to a post on the Naperville Police Department's Twitter page Monday morning.
