Naper Nights Canceled Through August; Shows Planned For September
The annual concert series is tentatively set to resume in September.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naper Settlement has canceled its Naper Nights concerts for June, July and August amid the ongoing new coronavirus crisis. The concerts, originally scheduled for June 19 and 20, July 17 and 18 and Aug. 14 and 15, have been tentatively rescheduled for September, according to Naper Settlement officials.

Officials said in a news release that the September concert series will have "strict safety protocols" that include limiting capacity and requiring social distancing and face masks. The tentative concert schedule for September is as follows:

- Sept. 11: Rocks Off (Rolling Stones tribute band) and Of Perception (Doors tribute band)
- Sept. 12: Mellencougar (John Cougar Mellencamp tribute band) and Cadillac Groove (blues, soul and rock tribute band)
The September concerts will be held from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. each day, provided Naperville is in phase 5 of Gov. J.B. Pritzker's Restore Illinois plan.

While we are saddened by the cancellation of our June, July, and August concerts, we are hopeful that we will be in Phase 5 of Governor Pritzker's plan by early September, and we can’t wait to welcome you for a fun-filled weekend.”
