Wendy Goettsh Appointed Naperville Education Foundation (NEF) Executive Director

The Naperville Community Unit School District 203 Board of Education approved the appointment of Wendy Goettsch as the Executive Director of the Naperville Education Foundation (NEF) effective November 21.

Since its founding in 1992, the Naperville Education Foundation has granted funds for programs that enhance and enrich the educational experience of Naperville 203 students.

Goettsch has served as the Donor Data Manager for NEF since 2014. Her prior experience includes Global Master Data Manager at AB SCIEX, Independent Contractor for Fri-jado Inc., and various positions at Applied Biosystems in The Netherlands and United Kingdom.

“I’m excited to continue to collaborate and innovate in partnership with Naperville 203 to support our students in every way possible,” said Goettsch. “I look forward to increasing NEF’s visibility in the community and funding to support the many wonderful NEF programs.”

“On behalf of the NEF Board of Trustees, we are thrilled with Wendy’s appointment. Her strategic thinking and commitment to NEF make her the absolute right choice to represent NEF and our future,” said Alissa Johnson Tripas, NEF Board Chair.

Goettsch is a Naperville 203 parent and has children attending Lincoln Jr. High and Kingsley Elementary School. She also served as vice president of Kingsley’s Home & School for two years.
