Naperville Hit-And-Run Suspect Still At Large, Police Say
Police say he fled a reported fraud investigation, hit two cars, and then ran off on foot.

NAPERVILLE, IL -- Naperville police are still searching for a suspect who hit two cars and then fled on foot Tuesday afternoon. The incident took place as police after the suspect, driving a gray BMW, fled the scene of a reported fraud police were investigating in the 3300 block of Odyssey Court at 12 p.m.
The car was later found abandoned in the 1500 block of Wall Street, according to Naperville Police Department spokesperson Mike Son. Witnesses told police they saw a man get out of the gray BMW and run east.
Son said Naperville police set up a perimeter in the area and brought in K-9 officers to pursue the suspect, but were unable to locate him.

The fraud investigation is also ongoing.
