Naperville Man, 48, Killed In Aurora Motorcycle Crash: Cops
Police found the victim near a motorcycle in a ditch near the scene of the fatal crash.

AURORA, IL — A Naperville man died early Monday after police found him and a 1986 Kawasaki Voyager motorcycle in a ditch near the intersection of N. Eola Rd. and S. McCoy Dr. The victim was identified as Rodney Shackelford, 48, of the 1400 block of Fairway Court.
Police got to the scene at approximately 12:41 a.m. and performed CPR on Shackelford until paramedics arrived. The victim was then rushed to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to injuries suffered in the collision, police said.
