Naperville Man Accused Of Covertly Filming Women

He was arrested on two counts of disorderly conduct after allegedly filming women in a store.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville police arrested a man on Friday who is accused of covertly recording women in a store. Police arrested the man on two counts of disorderly conduct.

Around 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15, Daniel Martinez, 36, of Naperville, allegedly filmed women in a store in the 500 block of Fort Hill Drive in Naperville. Police investigated the incident and implicated Martinez before arresting him.

The Naperville Police Department is asking that anybody with information on Martinez, or had contact with him at any local retail establishments lately, call the department's investigations unit at 630-420-6726.
