Naperville Man Faces Child Pornography Charges: Cops

NAPERVILLE, IL — A Naperville man faces charges of up to seven years in prison after he was allegedly caught possessing and distributing child pornography. Victor H. Linares, 44, of the 2200 block of Salisbury Dr., was arrested Tuesday after a joint investigation by the Naperville Police Department and the Will County State's Attorney's Office.

Police reportedly issued a search warrant for Linares's home and discovered evidence that led to felony charges against him. Linares has been charged with three counts of child pornography. He is currently being held at Kane County Jail on $150,000 bond.
