Naperville Names New City Attorney
He had been serving as the Acting City Attorney, and last week his role in the city was made permanent.

NAPERVILLE, IL -- The City of Naperville has named a new City Attorney last week, according to a press release from the city. Michael DiSanto, who was serving as the Acting City Attorney, is now taking on the job permanently.
DiSanto started working with the city in 2007 as the Assistant City Attorney until 2012, when he was named City Prosecutor. He assumed the role of Deputy Legal Director in 2015.
“Mike is a model of integrity and a well-respected leader,” City Manager Doug Krieger said. “His aptitude for hard work, sound ethics and a keen understanding of municipal law make him a natural fit for Naperville’s next City Attorney.”

The full measure of my abilities and those of the legal department will continue to be committed to upholding the law and the best interests of the City of Naperville.”
