Naperville Restaurants Receive Wine Spectator Award Of Excellence

See which Naperville restaurants made the well-respected list this year.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Three Naperville restaurants have been awarded the coveted Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 2018. Just 93 restaurants in Illinois made the list, which honored nearly 3,800 restaurants worldwide.

Wine Spectator, a leading magazine for oenophiles and foodies, chose 2,453 winners for its Award of Excellence. This award category rates restaurants with wine lists of at least 90 selections with a "thematic match to the menu in both price and style."

  • The Naperville restaurants that received the Award of Excellence are:
  • Fogo de Chao, 1824 Arbriter Court
  • Sullivan's Steakhouse, 244 S. Main St.
  • The Craftsman By Two Brothers, 16 W. Jefferson Ave.

Each of these restaurants met Wine Spectator's category standards of offering a wine list that has "sufficient choice to satisfy discerning wine lovers."
