Naperville Woman Stole $11K In Credit Card Pts From School: Cops
Marcia Boyan, 50, allegedly stole 900,000 rewards points and used the funds for personal purchases.

NAPERVILLE, IL --- A Naperville woman faces felony charges after she allegedly stole more than $11,000 in credit card reward points while she was employed by the Addison School District. Marcia L. Boyan, 50, of the 2100 block of Oak Court, has been charged with theft of government property in excess, theft in excess, and official misconduct.
Authorities say Boyan stole over 900,000 My Bank...My Rewards points from the school district's credit card account and used the funds to make personal purchases without the district's knowledge. Boyan reportedly turned herself in Wednesday afternoon and was later released on bond.
She is set to appear in court again on Nov. 30.
