New Rotary Club chartered in Naperville
New Rotary Club offers more opportunity for Service Above Self
Members of all three Naperville Rotary Clubs welcomed their newest group at the Charter Dinner of the Rotary Club of Naperville After Dark. The new club, which has 23 charter members, fills a space in the calendar which now means Rotarians can gather first thing in the morning, lunchtime, late afternoon or evening.
Dr Caroline Morrison, President of the new club said: “We are very excited to be growing Rotary here in Naperville and the western suburbs. Over half of our members are new to Rotary and are drawn to the Rotary concept of Service above Self. Our meeting schedule and dues structure seem to fit a previously unmet need in this area and make Rotary accessible to more people.”
Rotary is a global network of 1.2 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who come together to make positive, lasting change in communities at home and abroad. For more than 110 years, Rotary members have used their passion to take action on sustainable projects, from literacy and peace to water and health.

I am so looking forward to combining our efforts to expand the great Rotarian work that we are all committed to."
