No Injuries in Naperville House Fire
The fire was brought under control within 30 minutes.

A home was deemed uninhabitable after a fire broke out on the 5S700 block of Country Glen Dr., according to a release from the Naperville Fire Department.
At around 11:41 a.m. Saturday, August 8, Naperville’s Public Safety Answering Point received a 911 call from a homeowner saying that her house was on fire. PSAP sent a general alarm assignment which brought 10 pieces of fire apparatus and 23 fire personnel to the scene.
When firefighters arrived, they saw smoke coming from the garage. Upon further inspection, a fire was found to be burning in the laundry room of the structure. The fire was brought under control within 30 minutes.

An inspector from DuPage County’s Code Enforcement Department deemed the building uninhabitable. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation. The Naperville Fire Department was assisted at the scene by the DuPage County Police Department, the Plainfield, West Chicago, and Winfield Fire Protection Districts, and the Downers Grove, Lockport, and Bolingbrook Fire Departments. There were no injuries to firefighters or civilians.
