Behind September's Brightest Night (positivelynaperville.com) — Naperville skywatchers can look for the bright Harvest Moon around 11:50 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26, with similarly early evening moonrises for a few days on either side. Because of Naperville's position in the Northern Hemisphere, the moon appears at nearly the same time each night, giving residents extra evening light and a great excuse to step outside and unwind.

5. Border Patrol agent convicted of sexually assaulting, robbing 4 women (upi.com) — A federal Customs and Border Protection officer has been convicted of sexually assaulting and robbing four women at Chicago-area hotels, including locations in Naperville and Schaumburg, between February and October 2022. Prosecutors said he used his badge and service gun to threaten Chinese sex workers, and he now faces a mandatory minimum of seven years to life in prison.
