Phase Two of Wolf’s Crossing Road Reconfiguration to Begin May 15
There will be road closures and detours, and city officials warn residents to allow extra driving time when travelling through the area.

NAPERVILLE, IL -- On May 15, phase two of the Wolf's Crossing Road Reconfiguration will begin. A portion of the road will be closed to traffic for about three days, according to town officials. The closing will be between the CN Railroad line and 248th Avenue.
Construction crews will add a temporary connection to attach the new north-south extension of Wolf's Crossing to the existing east-west connection. Detour signs will be posted to direct traffic to use Eola Road, Haffenrichter Road and 91st Street.
The City of Naperville provided a map of road closures and detours. They warn motorists to allow for extra time on trips as heavier traffic is likely.

The entire project, worked in multiple phases, is designed to widen and realign Wolf's Crossing Road to 95th Street. The final stage of the project is set to occur late this year or in early 2018. That phase, which will include the reconstruction of much of Wolf's Crossing Road, will require a multi-week shutdown of that portion of the road.
