Reward Offered For Naperville Car Thief
The vehicle was stolen from a driveway on July 7

NAPERVILLE, IL — Police want to know who stole a vehicle from a Naperville driveway in broad daylight last week. Naperville Crime Stoppers are offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of a suspect or suspects. The 2001 GMC Savana was stolen from a driveway near the intersection of south Naper Boulevard and Deep Run Road at around 12:20 p.m. July 7.
The vehicle was recovered by police two days later on the 6000 block of Tyrnbury Drive in Lisle, according to Crime Stoppers.
The suspect is described as a white male in his late teens or early 20s, between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-11 with a slender build. He was wearing dark clothing from head to toe, authorities said.
