In May 2011, Conroy was sentenced to 180 days in jail for aggravated driving with a revoked license third offense or more. He was also ordered to have “no contact of any kind with any member of the Robert Schillerstrom family."
Although the incident happened in 2010, Conroy was declared mentally unfit to stand trial, which was later reversed.
But wait, there’s more.
Conroy again contacted Schillerstrom later in October 2011, violating a conditional discharge. Conroy was again found unfit to stand trial, but was sentenced Oct. 19, 2012 after being found fit once more. He was re-sentenced to six months in jail and given a year of probation.
Conroy is already on probation for his alleged crimes against Schillerstrom. He now faces up to three years in prison.
