Aurora Man, 60, Dead After Single-Car Crash In Naperville: Cops
Police say a medical emergency preceded a crash that took place near the intersection of 95th Street and Wolf's Crossing Road.
NAPERVILLE, IL — A 60-year-old Aurora man was killed in a crash that took place Monday morning in Naperville, according to police. The single-car crash took place near 95th Street and Wolf's Crossing Road just after 11 a.m.
Police say the man was driving a 2009 black Audi A5 westbound on 95th Street in the direction of Wolf's Crossing Road when the car "continued west of the intersection" and hit a traffic light. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
It appears a medical emergency preceded the crash, Naperville Police Department Commander Michaus Williams told Patch, via email, but the nature of the emergency was not clear as of Monday evening.

The intersection remained closed for several hours as investigators worked to reconstruct the crash. Just after 7:30 p.m., the area reopened to traffic.
The investigation into the driver's cause of death is ongoing, Commander Michaus Williams told Patch.
