Sikich Investment Banking recently named Ryan Hampton as a director on its capital markets team. He focuses on private equity financing, senior and subordinated debt financing and buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions. In his new role, Hampton will leverage his extensive relationships with both financial sponsors and strategic management teams and secure growth capital for companies looking to expand their operations.
“As our capital markets team grows, we seek talented and creative individuals who have the advisory and operational experience necessary to deliver top-quality service to a variety of businesses that each face unique challenges and opportunities,” said Christopher Geier, the partner-in-charge of Sikich Investment Banking. “Ryan exemplifies these qualities, and he brings relationships and experience to Sikich that will enable us to provide our clients with greater insight and expert counsel across multiple areas moving forward.”
