Spot Dog Sculptures In Downtown Naperville This Summer

The colorful dog sculptures will be on display in downtown Naperville starting in June.

NAPERVILLE, IL -- It's not uncommon to see people walking their dogs in downtown Naperville when the weather is nice. This summer, though, visitors to downtown Naperville will be charmed by nearly two dozen hand-sculpted dogs that have mastered the "sit and stay" commands. The sculptures will be on display starting in June, Chicago Tribune reports.

The three-foot doggy sculptures will be painted by local artists who can be sponsored by local businesses and community members.
