Storm-Related Fire Displaces Naperville Residents
The blaze broke out late Friday in Will County.

NAPERVILLE, IL — A storm-related fire displaced residents of a Naperville-area home late Friday, fire officials said. Firefighters responded to a 911 call reporting a house fire on the 29W200 block of Andermann Drive in unincorporated Will County at around 9:53 p.m. Friday to find flames showing from the roof of the two-story home. After making sure all residents were out of the home, fire crews located the fire in the attic, ventilated the building and extinguished the blaze.
Fire officials said the main body of the fire was out within 15 minutes of the 911 call. The home was ultimately deemed uninhabitable. No injuries were reported.
