Man Accused In Naperville Armed Robbery Arrested In Chicago
He is accused of tying up store employees and holding them at gunpoint before robbing the store.

NAPERVILLE, IL — A Chicago man has been arrested and charged with the 2016 armed robbery of a Sprint store in Naperville. Antwon L. McCollum, 20, who had an active warrant for the armed robbery, was arrested Aug. 12 in Chicago for an unrelated incident.
McCollum and a female suspect are accused of entering a Sprint store at 1076 Rte. 59 on Sept. 11, 2016, while armed. They allegedly bound the employees, held them at gunpoint, robbed them and stole several cellphones.
McCollum has been charged with felony counts of armed robbery, aggravated robbery, aggravated unlawful restraint, and theft in connection with the incident. He is currently being held on $500,000 bond.

The female suspect in the robbery is still at large, according to police. Anyone who has information on her identity or whereabouts is asked to contact the Naperville Police Department Investigations Division at (630) 420-6666.
