Technical Difficulty with Naperville's Non-Emergency Phone Lines

Police expect the issue to be resolved by mid-day Tuesday, Nov. 10. 911 is unaffected by the issue.

The Naperville Police Department is experiencing technical difficulties with its non-emergency phone lines, according to a release from the department.

Callers that contact the non-emergency number 630-420-6666 and choose option 0 will be disconnected.

Police expect the issue to be resolved by mid-day Tuesday, Nov. 10.

If you need to contact the police department for a non-emergency issue, the dispatch center can be reached at 630-420-6147 (24 hour availability) or you may contact the front desk at 630-420-6665, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

The 911 emergency number is unaffected by this problem.
