Top Level Fitness to Host Charity Workout to benefit Answers for Emmett

Join Us For a Charity Workout on Saturday, May 16!

This month, Top Level Fitness will be supporting Answers for Emmett, an organization to raise funds and awareness for SUDC.

As parents, our biggest fear has always been the possibility of something horrible happening to one of our children. For Jeff and Kristy Frank their worst nightmare became reality on October 15, 2013, when they discovered that their 16-month-old son, Emmett, had passed away in his sleep. His death was ruled sudden unexpected death in childhood (SUDC), which occurs when healthy child beyond the age of 12 months dies without warming and without a known cause.

Jeff and Kristy Frank created Answers for Emmett in memory of Emmett in order to raise awareness of SUDC and work toward a future without SUDC. The 2nd annual Answers for Emmett 5K & Youth Runs will take place on May 31, 2015, at Peg Bond Center, 151 Island Avenue, Batavia, IL. The event will include a 5K run and walk, children’s races, children’s activities, a silent auction and more.

So where do you come in?

The process is very simple. Just come in for our Workout for a Cause Saturday, May 16 at either 8am or 9am, bring as many friends as you can with you, and be ready to burn some calories. The workout is open to ANYONE, clients, non-clients, friends, and family members.

For all clients of Top Level Fitness, we simply ask that you make a voluntary donation, in whatever amount you choose, to attend the workout. For all non-clients, we are asking for a $10 donation.
