3 Caught Smoking Pot in Car at Retail Center: Police
Police were called to a Lincoln Highway parking lot Monday night for three people smoking marijuana in a car.
NEW LENOX, IL - Three people were caught smoking marijuana inside a car parked in the parking lot of the retail center in the 2400 block of E. Lincoln Highway in New Lenox on Monday, police said.
A police officer was called to the area at 7:52 p.m. in reference to a suspicious vehicle of which the occupants were smoking cannabis, according to a New Lenox police report.
The three occupants - an 18-year-old man from Manhattan, 18-year-old woman from New Lenox and 20-year-old man from New Lenox - were all charged with possession of cannabis after police arrived.
