70 Active Coronavirus Cases Reported In Lincoln-Way D210
D157-C, D122 and D159 also share case numbers and information.
NEW LENOX, IL — The amount of active cases at Lincoln-Way D210 has doubled over the past week. Lincoln-Way District 210 has created a page on the district website to share case counts at each of its three high schools: Lincoln-Way Central, Lincoln-Way East, and Lincoln-Way West.
Last week, the district had 33 active cases of the coronavirus. Now, according to the district website, there are 70 active cases. At Lincoln-Way Central, there are 17 active cases (up from a total of four cases the week before); Lincoln-Way East has 39 active cases (up from a total of 16 cases the week before); and Lincoln-Way West has 14 active cases (up from 13 cases the week before).
The district has a total of 7,275 staff and students.

New Lenox District 122 also shares case numbers and information from the district. It updates its information every Monday. For the week of Oct. 25-Nov. 1, there were 2 cases at Bentley, 1 case at Cherry Hill, 2 cases at Martino, 1 case at Oakview, 1 case at Nelson Ridge, 7 cases at Spencer Crossing, 1 case at Spencer Pointe and 1 case at Tyler.
Haines, Liberty, Nelson Prairie and Spencer Trail did not report a case last week.

Frankfort D157-C also updates its own case numbers every Monday. For the week of Oct. 25-Nov. 1, there was a case at Grand Prairie, and 4 cases at Hickory Creek. There were no cases reported at Chelsea.
Lastly, Mokena D159 last updated its case information on Oct. 30. There are a total of four staff members presently quarantined, and 35 students presently quarantined. There were zero positive cases for that week, and there were three student cases for that week.
Will County is currently under additional mitigations, as is most of the state of Illinois. The mitigations, which include a shutdown of indoor dining and bar service, do not impact schools.
