Bleeding Motorcyclist Gets DUI After Crashing Into Garage: Cops
A 24-year-old Frankfort man was charged after police found him bloody and allegedly intoxicated.

NEW LENOX, IL - New Lenox police arrested a 24-year-old Frankfort man Friday night while investigating a traffic crash involving a motorcycle colliding with a garage in the 2000 block of Northwind Drive.
Joseph A. Allan was stopped by police shortly after the incident was reported at 11:35 p.m. and after witnesses at the scene said the driver of the motorcycle was injured and possible impaired.
Allan was allegedly driving the motorcycle with its kickstand down and was bleeding from his face. He was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance, police said.

A loaded pistol was located near the crash scene inside a saddlebag, according to police.
Allan was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, DUI, possession of a controlled substance and violation of the Illinois Concealed Carry Law after he was treated for injuries he sustained in the crash.
