NEW LENOX, IL — A Calumet City man has been charged with felony disorderly conduct after calling in a bomb threat to a facility in New Lenox, police said. Idryss Williams, 28, remains in custody at the Will County Adult Detention Facility and bond has been set at $20,000. His next court date is May 5.

The bomb threat was called in at 4:50 p.m. April 13 at Michael's regional distribution, 2400 W. Haven, in New Lenox. Police said officers arrived at the scene and everyone was evacuated out of the building. The DuPage County Bomb Squad was requested to the scene, checked the warehouse and no explosive device was found. Employees were sent home, and operations ceased at the facility for the day.

According to police, it was learned that a man had called Michael's from a blocked phone number and made the bomb threat. New Lenox detectives obtained phone records from Michael's as well as records from AT&T, and found that the number belonged to Williams.
