"Donation Days" Fundraiser for Food Pantry Coming in May

The Family Services Foundation of New Lenox Township, in support of the New Lenox Township Food Pantry, will be holding its “Donations Days” fundraiser throughout the month of May. Participating local businesses will have on display special white canisters into which their customers can donate money to the Food Pantry. The Food Pantry gets most of the food it distributes to needy families donated by people and stores in the community. However, the Pantry still needs to purchase key food items that are typically not donated, such as milk, butter and eggs. The money raised during “Donation Days” will help make these purchases possible.

New Lenox residents and business owners have always been so generous to the Food Pantry. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued support.
