Frankfort Woman Stole Clothes From New Lenox Target: Cops

A Frankfort woman got caught stealing clothes from the New Lenox Target, police said.

Kristen Norris, 32, was charged with retail theft and taken to the Will County jail.

Norris was arrested Monday morning. According to the police, she “removed clothing and other merchandise from the shelf and concealed the merchandise and left the store without paying.”
