Full House for the July Veteran’s Breakfast

July Free Breakfast well attended with 45 veterans

Over 45 veterans, including two World War II veterans from New Lenox, enjoyed breakfast and great fellowship at the free Veterans’ Breakfast held July 30 at the Tear Drop Café in New Lenox. State Farm agent Kevin Molloy and Teardrop Café owner Gina Buck host this free breakfast on the last Monday of every month. This month each veteran also received a free box of Girl Scout cookies from Buck, donated by a local New Lenox Girl Scout Troop. Buck and her staff all contribute to make this monthly breakfast a success.

Mark your calendar to attend the next breakfast, scheduled for Monday, August 27 from 6:30 to 8:00 am. Gina’s Teardrop Café located at 828 West Laraway Road.
