Local Election Results: New Lenox Trustee

Incumbents Keith Madsen, Nancy Dye, and David Butterfield are headed for another term as Village trustees, according to unofficial vote totals Tuesday night, with all 19 precincts reporting.

Vote Totals

• Keith C. Madsen: 1,845
• David L. Butterfield: 2,100
• Nancy Dye: 2,206
• Jasen Howard: 1,745

Challenger Jasen Howard posted a message to his supporters, via his Facebook page.

“It was close. So happy for all of the support that I got. Thank you for all of the help. Believe me, I will get some of my ideas implemented on of off the Board of Trustees and save all of us some tax revenue.

Emily Johnson won a two-year trustee seat to fill an unexpired term, with 1,714 votes.

Unofficial vote totals also show Mayor Tim Baldermann has defeated challengers Ron Sly and Andrew Englebrecht.
