While keeping your computer up to date will not protect you from all attacks, it makes it much more difficult for hackers to gain access to your system, blocks many basic and automated attacks completely, and might be enough to discourage a less-determined attacker to look for a more vulnerable computer elsewhere.

A major purpose of TRIAD is to develop, expand and implement effective crime prevention and health and safety educational programs for seniors in our community. The Manhattan-New Lenox TRIAD is made up of several different agencies and organizations from New Lenox and Will County.  All of us are working hard to bring much needed information on criminal prevention, health and safety issues to the senior community here in New Lenox.

There is no registration needed or membership needed to attend this or any of the TRIAD meetings.  These meetings are for all senior citizens in and around our community.  Please join us. For more info call New Lenox Township and ask for Kathie at 815-485-6431.
