Man's Body Found in Cornfield
Will County Sheriff's police believe he died after being thrown from his car during a single-vehicle accident.
The body of a man was discovered in a cornfield Friday morning, and police think he was ejected from his SUV when it rolled off a road.
The man, who has yet to be identified, was found about 6:30 a.m. near a red Ford SUV along Pauling Road near Barten Road in unincorporated Manhattan Township, Daily Southtown reports. The coroner was on the scene as of 9 a.m.
Sheriff’s police think it was a one-vehicle accident.
