New Lenox Apartment Trespasser Captured
A bench warrant was issued last week for this man's arrest.

NEW LENOX, IL - The New Lenox Police Department has filed charges against a young man from Midlothian in connection with a crime at an apartment complex. Detective Tim Perry filed a criminal complaint against 22-year-old Davasae L.B. Jordan on felony charges of criminal trespass to a residence.
Last Friday, the complaint states, Jordan "without authority, knowingly entered the residence of another ... located at 1010 Shagbark ... at a time when he knew or had reason to know that one or more persons were present inside the residence."
Will County Associate Judge Art Smigielski issued the warrant for Jordan's arrest, setting bail at $150,000.

Court documents indicate Jordan lives in a Midlothian apartment complex on South Keystone.
On Wednesday afternoon, Will County Jail logs showed that Jordan was taken into custody. He was booked and processed at the county detention facility at 1:02 p.m.
