NEW LENOX, IL — The number of New Lenox's coronavirus cases increased by 25 over the past week, according to data from the Will County Health Department. New Lenox (ZIP code 60451) has a total of 183 cases as of July 13, compared to 158 cases on July 6, which represents a 15.8 percent increase in the past week and the largest weekly increase in over a month.
Health authorities do not provide the number of deaths, hospitalizations or recoveries by municipality.

IDPH is also reporting a total of 2,936 tests have been performed for ZIP code 60451.
In nearby towns in the Lincoln-Way area, both Mokena (ZIP code 60448) and Frankfort (ZIP code 60423) have more cases, with 186 and 208 cases, respectively, as of July 13. Manhattan (ZIP code 60442) has 56 cases, according to data from the county health department.
