Abductions In New Lenox, Frankfort: Three Men Charged, In Custody
The three 20-year-olds were taken into custody Wednesday, and they are being held on $2 million bond.
WILL COUNTY, IL — Three men are in custody after their involvement in the abductions of a woman in Frankfort and a man in New Lenox last month, the Will County Sheriff's office said. Justin Brown, 20, of Steger; Dontavious Harvey, 20, of Dolton; and Terwon Matthews, 20, of Chicago, have all been charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery and armed robbery.
Warrants were issued Tuesday for the arrests of the three men, and they were taken into custody Wednesday by the US Marshals' Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force, with assistance of the Chicago Police Department.
All three men are being held at the Will County Adult Detention Facility on $2 million bond.

With the help of crime tips, video surveillance and technology, the three men were identified early on in the investigation, police said. The evidence placed the men at the stores in which both victims had their financial accounts violated, according to police.
The sheriff's office said detectives from their office, Frankfort Police and the US Secret Service worked together on the investigation.
