"[We] want to be respectful of the phasing and follow the law, but there's a lot of interpretation," Baldermann said.

If the region enters phase 4 at the end of June, the phase allows for gatherings of up to 50 people. According to the village, the Commons is large enough to accommodate these activities and people won't be allowed to congregate in groups of more than 50.

Although some events will be moving forward, the Fridays After 5 events for July will not be happening, but could be held in August or September.

Baldermann also gave an update on the popular Triple Play concert series. This year's line-up was set to include Billy Idol, Dennis DeYoung and ZZ Top.

"[Billy Idol] is not going out at all, because there is so many things that have canceled," Baldermann said.

Dennis DeYoung is scheduled to play Aug. 29, and ZZ Top is scheduled for Sept. 12.

"We don't have to cancel that as of yet," Baldermann said. "I'd like to hold off and see how things go."
