New Lenox Village Board Approves Two Site Plans
Two site plans were approved; one for an auto parts store and one for a kidney dialysis center.
NEW LENOX, IL —At its June 24 meeting, the New Lenox village board approved two site plans, one for an auto parts store, and one for a kidney dialysis center.
The auto parts store, which will be located at 1105 E. Lincoln Highway, was uanimously approved by the board. Director of Community Development Robin Ellis said the property is located on the northeast corner of Route 30 and Pleasant Street, and was annexed a few years ago. The auto parts store would be a 7,200-square-foot building on the northeast corner of the property.
The FMC Kidney Dialysis center is located off of Cedar Crossings Drive, and is east of the newly constructed Kiddie Academy building. Ellis said the building will be 9,600 square feet. The board unanimously approved the site plan, with conditions of easements for public utilities and sidewalks.
