Esteban Senisais, Jr.
Esteban Senisais, Jr., passed away peacefully on May 5, 2025, in Joliet, Illinois, at the age of 74. He was born on February 27, 1951, in Laredo, Texas, to the late Esteban, Sr. and Guadalupe Senisais. Esteban grew up in Chicago and was a graduate of Mt. Carmel High School. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force and later built a successful career as a loan officer, where his wisdom, kindness, and personable nature left a lasting impression on his colleagues and clients alike.

Esteban was known for his adventurous spirit and deep love of family. He deeply cherished time spent with those he loved, often organizing and enjoying cookouts that became cherished memories for all who attended. Esteban also had a love for travel and road trips, always embracing the opportunity to explore new places and create meaningful experiences with those he held dear.
Esteban is survived by his children, Linda (Eric) Melby, Esteban (Ginger) Senisais, III, and Suzanne (Frederico Palomo) Senisais; and his brothers, Fernando (Nora) Senisais, and Lou (Reyna) Senisais. He also leaves behind numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of whom will miss his wisdom, warmth, and the joy he brought to their lives.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Martha (nee Gamboa) Senisais; his children, Ricardo Senisais and Debra Ann Senisais; grandchildren, Andrew Faught and Ashleigh Elizabeth Faught; his parents; and his brother, Felix Senisais.

Visitation for Esteban Senisais, Jr. will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet, IL, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Full military honors will be held at 8:00 p.m. under the auspices of the United States Air Force. As it was his request, cremation rites will be accorded following services.
