Road Closed For I-80, Route 30 Construction, Delays Expected
Construction will continue on the ramps at I-80 and Route 30 on Tuesday and Wednesday.
NEW LENOX, IL — Construction continues on the ramps at I-80 and Route 30. On Tuesday, the village said the temporary signals at Route 30 and Old Hickory Road/east ramps will be turned on.
This construction will require Old Hickory Road to be closed between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Drivers can use Vine Street to access Old Hickory Road while the work is going on.
On Wednesday, the temporary signals at Route 30 and the west ramps will be turned on at 10 a.m. Delays are expected at that time, the village said.
