Woman's TV Stolen Out of Her Room at Assisted Living Facility

A woman’s television set was stolen out of her room at a New Lenox assisted living facility.

An officer was sent to the Cottages of New Lenox on South Cedar Road about 12:15 p.m. Friday to look into the theft. The woman’s son met with the officer and told him “his mother had a TV that is now missing,” police said.

Detectives were to investigate the matter.
