Women's Self-Defense Class To Be Held In New Lenox
The class is free, and you must be 18 years or older to take part in the class.
NEW LENOX, IL — The New Lenox Police Department will hold a basic self-defense class for women Friday, Sept. 20. The class will be held at 7:30 p.m. at Jungs Champion Tae Kwon Do, 2433 Joliet Highway.
The class is free and will teach you how to protect yourself. The class size is limited to the first 40 women, and New Lenox residents are given preference, the department said. You also must be 18 years or older to participate in the class.
