This month's Morton Grove Public Library's Book Talk on July 12 will focus on the Best Books of 2017.

Let’s do a midyear roundup and take a look at the most-anticipated, talked-about, and best-reviewed fiction and nonfiction titles that came out during the first half of 2017.

The Book Talk, “Best Books of 2017 . . . So Far,” will meet at the American Legion Memorial Civic Center (6140 Dempster Street, Morton Grove) on July 12 at 1 PM. Make sure to bring your library card as books discussed will be available for checkout.

Note: This event has been rescheduled from July 5 to July 12.
