Local attorney Teresa Nuccio will host an informational seminar entitled “Elder Law Issues Every Senior Should Know”. This seminar is intended for seniors or their family members. It covers a wide range of issues, including what everyone should know about living trusts versus asset protection trusts, how to pay for long term nursing home care, Medicaid eligibility, advanced directives, end-of-life issues with dignity, and the importance of planning ahead with effective instructions for loved ones.
The program will be held at the Park Ridge Senior Center ($6 fee) in the Multi-Purpose Room at 100 South Western Avenue, Park Ridge, Illinois on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm. The host, Teresa Nuccio, has dedicated her career to estate planning and trust administration services. She listens to her clients’ hopes, fears, goals and dreams and turns them into sound legal plans. In addition, Teresa was recently named a Five Star Wealth Manager for the second year in a row in Chicago Magazine.
