Many of our Children's Programs are scheduled so that your child may go to multiple classes in a day and be escorted by our staff. For example, your child can join our "Preschool Yoga" class on Wednesday mornings, be escorted to "Just For Me" and stay for "Silly Science" Check out the schedule and don't hesitate to ask questions.
AQUA ANTICS 1-5 YEARS
Play group in the pool! This non-instructional swim class is designed to help your child become comfortable in the water. Come splash around while participating in active songs and circle fun. Water toys will be available. PARENT/CHILD CLASS
MINI PICASSO'S 18 mos.-3 years
A great place for your toddler to explore their creative side. They will enjoy painting, play dough, bubbles, and more. Class may be messy so please dress accordingly. PARENT/CHILD CLASS

romp, stomp & ROLL 10-20 mos.
This class is a social experience for both you and your child. Mats, balls, tunnels and age appropriate toys will be offered in this active free play class. Your toddler can climb, jump and roll around in our carpeted multi-purpose room. PARENT/CHILD CLASS
Me Two 2 years
This class is offered to ease fears and encourage independence. Your child will have fun in a semi-structured environment. Stories, music and art are included in each class. CHILD only CLASS

mini sportsters 2-4 years
An introductory sports class for your active two, three and four years old. Try out a different sport each week. Have fun while getting fit. PARENT/CHILD CLASS
Tumble Bees 2-4 years
Children will be introduced to basic tumbling skills by participating in activities that teach gross motor skills and organized movement. Class includes basic introduction to the balance beam, floor and horizontal bar. PARENT/CHILD CLASS
Just For Me 21/2-4 YEARS
This class is designed for those children who are ready to be on their own in a social preschool environment. Letters, numbers and colors will be taught through active play. Daily gym time and snacks are provided. This class will be offered with a continuing curriculum through Spring 2012.
breakfast buddies 3-6 years
Join us for breakfast at the fitness center. In this pint-sized morning cooking class kids will make and eat some of their favorite breakfast recipes, like pancakes and french toast. Class is offered 1 or 2 days a week.
body flex kids 3-6 years
Scheduled during Adult Body Flex, this high energy exercise class will get your child moving and grooving. To cool down we will end class with kids yoga. Our instructor will escort your child to and from the Clubhouse.
YOGA 3-8 years
Join us for 3 special kid's yoga classes. Yoga teaches us how to feel calm, confident, balanced, flexible and strong! Our kid's yoga classes do all this in a fun, active, story and game filled environment. Come join the fun today!
funtastic friday's 3-6 years
This class offers your child the best of both worlds. They start their day in"seasons of Fun" and end their day in "Aqua Antics". A great opportunity to run errands or get in a workout. Must Be Toilet Trained If You Are Leaving the Building.
Playtime PICASSO'S 3-6 years
Designed to explore your child’s creative side! Arts and crafts, painting, playdough along with age appropriate play will highlight this class. Class will be messy!
RECIPE FOR FUN 3-6 years
Learn to make simple recipes in this pint-sized cooking class. Measuring, mixing, pouring, and stirring are sure to keep our little chefs busy. Each chef will get to eat or take home their own creations.
SILLY SCIENCE 3-6 years
This hands on science class is designed to combine learning and fun. With the use of everyday household items, become a silly scientist and create simple experiments.

HALLOWEEN PARTY 1-5 YEARS
Designed for the younger child this event will have plenty of thrills, minus the chills. Halloween games, crafts,songs and a costume parade. PARENT/CHILD EVENT

HOLLY DAY PARTY 1-5 YEARS
