The Veterans History Project is a partnership comprised of the Morton Grove Historical Society, Morton Grove Park District & Museum, Village of Morton Grove, American Legion Post 134, MG Public Library and the North Shore Senior Center. This year, interviews will begin on Memorial Day 2011 and recording of stories will occur in September & October to be made ready for the Veterans Day 2011 Grand Opening of the Exhbit. As before, applications will be accepted from interested Vets who served in any era and branch of service. Artifacts for the exhibit will be assembled as loans or donations to share real pieces of history.
