PEER Services provides community-based substance use prevention and treatment services to teens, adults and families in Northern Cook County, including Evanston, Maine, New Trier, Niles and Northfield Townships, and the north side of Chicago. PEER Services reduces the harms of substance use, addiction and stigma by engaging youth and adults with innovative prevention programming and by supporting people on their path to recovery through holistic, evidence-based treatment. Looking for an enjoyable Holiday event for the whole family? The Village of Niles presents its first ever Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony on Tuesday, November 26. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. in the lobby of the Niles Administrative Building. The multicultural ceremony will celebrate Niles's diverse community by representing a number of different cultural traditions. Indulge in delicious food from around the world while listening to the choir from Culver School sing an assortment of Holiday songs.  A special TBD guest will appear to light the tree. Participating restaurants include Kappy's, Ridgewood Gardens, Cookie Krause, V.O.N, Grazianos, and Woori Village. The event is free to attend and family friendly. Make the Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony a new family tradition!
