Lost Cat--Rocky Is Not Used To Outdoors

UPDATE, Thursday morning

Rocky's owner found Rocky at 4 a.m. this morning. She said he had lost weight and lapped up water for five solid minutes, but otherwise expected him to be fine.

Rocky, a gray and black striped tiger cat with a white nose, throat and chest, became lost on June 30 from 1715 Woodland, Park Ridge, which is near the west border of Niles and about two blocks north of Oakton. Rocky got lost during a move out.

Rocky is 12 years old, and owner Pam Wortman says the cat is not used to being outdoors. Consequently, she thinks he may be hiding in a garage, shed, or other enclosed space.
