Maine East Alum Stole Violin From School: Police
The Morton Grove man also allegedly wrote graffiti on school property bragging about his music skills.

A Maine East High School alum is accused of stealing a violin from the school and bragging about his musical ability through a series of graffiti images on the campus.
David Cirrincione, 21, Morton Grove was charged with theft, criminal trespassing and damage to property on May 1 after he entered the school and allegedly stole a violin, according to the Park Ridge Herald-Advocate.
Park Ridge police report Cirrincione was spotted inside the school at 7:45 a.m. that day by staff members carrying books and a violin case.

Surveillance footage allegedly showed Cirrincione writing on school property, which included “an acronym referencing (his) supposed musical abilities.”
