MGPL Money Smart Week: Property Tax 101

Join in on the Morton Grove Public Library Money Smart Week fun at this event on April 25 at 11:30 am.

Money Smart Week is an annual event created by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago in 2002. Money Smart Week takes place this year from April 22-29, 2017. It is designed to raise public awareness about personal finance. The Morton Grove Public Library is offering various programs for individuals related to financial planning. One of which is Property Tax 101.

On Tuesday, April 25 at 11:30 am, taxpayer advocates explain how to lower property taxes, get tax exemptions and refunds, understand market value reassessment notices, use self-help links, and more.
